An extension of Tiburon, Belvedere was formerly an island and as such is surrounded by water and breathtaking bay views. A boater’s paradise, it’s home to the San Francisco Yacht Club, private lagoons, and waters perfect for kayakers and paddle boarders. The city is made up mostly of single-family homes and approximately 100 rental units. The hilly, lush terrain is filled with winding roads that lead to breathtaking vistas. Views of San Francisco, Angel Island, the Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito, and Mt. Tamalpais make for spectacular 360 views. The homes themselves are equally lovely––some even considered historically significant. Nearby downtown Tiburon sits at the bottom of the hill adjacent to the neighboring town, featuring some wonderful restaurants and boutiques. Bel/Tib as they’re commonly referred to, are part of the same school district.
Donna, a self-professed “real estate geek,” concedes that along with her study of stats and market trends, her sharp eye for aesthetics has been one of the key ingredients in her many successes identifying properties for buyers as well as preparing homes for sale.
