party just "wants a fight," then Donna Goldman will
fight; she will litigate your legal and equitable rights and
remedies in a trial before the Judge in a court of law.

and strategies with the best interests of the children in

I concentrate my family law practice in a
complete array of family law matters, including but not limited
to divorce, asset and liability distribution, child
custody and visitation, temporary and permanent spousal maintenance
(alimony), post-divorce matters, drafting and reviewing premarital
agreements, and paternity issues.
Whether in mediation or at trial, or in premarital, divorce,
post-divorce, or out-of-wedlock settings, I utilize my over
17 years of ongoing legal education and training, experience,
and the personal sensitivity necessary to both counsel and
